• HWID / IP Footprint: Essential for attaching software licenses to your device and identifying potential abuse.
• Transaction Records: Logs of bought products, timestamps, and the payment method utilized (we only see the type of method, never your full card numbers).

We strictly do NOT harvest your physical address, phone number, or real name.

• To dispense and administrate the licenses you have purchased.
• To dispatch necessary transactional alerts, such as sign-in verifications and receipts.
• To actively identify and neutralize fraudulent actions, chargebacks, or network abuse.
• To effectively render customer support when requested.

Your data is exclusively used for operational purposes; we will never utilize your information to market third-party products to you.

We possess a zero-tolerance stance on selling, leasing, or trading your personal data to any external entity for commercial gain.

A highly restricted subset of data (such as an email address, HWID, or basic account logs) may be shared with our partnered Discord servers and allied software development companies. This is exclusively done to enforce cross-platform bans and combat coordinated fraud rings, as detailed in our Terms of Service. This shared data is never repurposed for advertising.

Furthermore, minimal data is transmitted to our payment gateways and server hosts purely out of technical necessity to keep the service running.

We deploy Cloudflare Turnstile on our Customer Dashboard authentication gateways to block automated bots and scripts. Turnstile evaluates browser characteristics and device signals to confirm human interaction. This process operates under the official Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Turnstile does not extract any personally identifiable information aside from what is strictly required to pass the security check.

You hold the following privileges regarding your personal data:

• Access: You can request an export of the personal data we store regarding your account.
• Correction: You can demand the rectification of any inaccurate or outdated information.
• Erasure: You can order the total deletion of your data, contingent upon any overriding legal or operational obligations we must uphold.

Account logs and order histories are preserved only for the duration necessary to manage your active licenses and conform to mandatory financial record-keeping laws. Should you officially request account termination, we will scrub your personal data from our servers within 30 days, exempting specific records that the law compels us to retain.
