Terms of Service

• You must be a minimum of 16 years of age to interact with this platform.
• All data and information you supply to us must be accurate and authentic.
• Exploiting the site for illicit activities or interacting with it via automated scripts or bots is strictly forbidden.
• Account sharing is absolutely prohibited. Allowing others access to your account or license key will trigger an immediate and permanent suspension from all our services.

We hold the right to permanently revoke your access to our ecosystem without compensation or refunds for the following offenses: fraudulent activity, malicious chargebacks, harassment, distributing false information, or breaching these Terms.

A suspension encompasses the entirety of:

• Our central website and customer dashboard.
• Our official Discord server and any affiliated partner servers.
• All digital merchandise available in our store.
• Software developed by our corporate partners.

Upon being banned, you will permanently lose the ability to utilize any of our software—this includes license keys acquired through authorized third-party resellers.

• All merchandise is purely digital and dispensed instantly upon purchase, aside from select "Lifetime" licenses.
• Purchasing grants you a restricted, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software.
• Your license key is exclusively bound to your account and your computer's Hardware ID (HWID). You may submit a request to reset your HWID via our Discord.
• A "Lifetime" license corresponds to the lifespan of the software product, not the biological lifespan of the buyer. Should a product face discontinuation, we will strive to exchange your license for a similar alternative, though this is not strictly guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to alter features and pricing structures at any time without advanced warning.

By proceeding with a purchase, you recognize and shoulder the inherent risks of employing game modification tools, which may include the suspension of your game accounts. The operational status of our products can shift rapidly. We make it a priority to reflect any status changes on our end as fast as humanly possible.

Anomalies and bugs can manifest within the software or the website. By utilizing our ecosystem, you accept these possibilities and acknowledge that resolving complex bugs requires an indefinite amount of time. NARCAN holds no liability for interruptions, lost data, or game account penalties resulting from unexpected software glitches.

• Pricing is showcased in USD or an equivalent regional currency.
• Transactions are securely managed by external payment processors. We do not retain or access your full payment card data.
• We retain the authority to reject or terminate any transaction at our own discretion.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will lead to an immediate, irrecoverable ban from our network without refund.

Due to the non-tangible nature of our goods, all transactions are final. There is only one exception to this rule:

If the software is fundamentally incompatible with your machine and remains non-functional even after comprehensive evaluation by our developers, a refund or license replacement may be granted. This necessitates written authorization from our development staff.

• Refund claims must be filed within 72 hours of the original purchase. Late requests will be automatically declined.
• Refunds are strictly prohibited for reasons such as game bans, user mistakes, bugs, changing your mind, or any excuse other than verified total non-functionality.
• If a refund is processed, all connected license keys are permanently voided.

• Technical and account support is strictly rendered via our designated ticket infrastructure or Discord server.
• Resolution times fluctuate, though the majority of inquiries are addressed within a 24-hour window.
• Toxic behavior, insulting our personnel, or repeatedly mass-pinging staff members will trigger the revocation of your support privileges and may escalate to a permanent ban.

• All products are delivered "AS-IS" without warranties, guarantees, or conditions of any sort.
• We are shielded from liability for any subsequent, indirect, or incidental damages stemming from our products—including but not limited to banned gaming accounts, compromised data, or software errors.
• Our utmost financial liability will never exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 30 days.

• We solely harvest essential operational data: your email address, HWID/IP footprint, and transaction logs.
• Your private data is never sold, leased, or distributed to outside organizations.
• You maintain the right to view, modify, or erase your stored data by contacting our support team.

• The web infrastructure, visual assets, and site copy are the intellectual property of NARCAN. Some software applications are engineered by external vendors whose digital licenses we distribute.
• The NARCAN brand—encompassing our name, graphical logos, and design motifs—is exclusively ours. Mimicking or copying our brand elements will incite DMCA takedown requests and subsequent legal pursuit.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, leak, resell, or distribute our products is a severe violation that will end in an irreversible ban and possible legal litigation.

This agreement is interpreted under standard applicable law. We possess the authority to amend these Terms at our discretion without forewarning. Persistent use of our network following any revisions signifies your acceptance of the updated rules.
