Refund Policy
1. Firm No-Refund Stance
Due to the instantaneous digital nature of our goods, all purchases are completely final. We do not provide refunds once a transaction is verified and your digital access is granted. This rigid policy is enforced irrespective of how much you have utilized the software or how much time remains on your purchased license.
We strictly deny refunds under the following scenarios:
- Your game account was suspended, banned, or penalized due to detection.
- You encountered unexpected software bugs or glitches.
- You changed your mind or failed to utilize your subscription time.
- You neglected to follow our detailed setup instructions.
- You made a user error or possess an unsupported hardware/OS configuration.
2. The Compatibility Exemption
The sole exception to our no-refund policy is severe system incompatibility. A refund or compensation may be authorized only if a product is demonstrably incompatible with your hardware/software setup, and it remains non-functional even after our development team has thoroughly investigated and attempted to fix the issue.
Any such refund mandates explicit, written consent directly from our development staff, often manifesting as the distribution of a substitute license key. If you do not receive direct approval from development, a refund will not happen. There are zero workarounds to this rule.
- Refund evaluations must be formally requested within 72 hours of your original transaction. Inquiries initiated past this timeframe will be ignored.
- Upon the processing of a refund, all license keys tied to that specific order will be immediately and permanently deactivated.
3. Automatic Downtime Compensation
Should one of our products experience an outage or be pulled offline for security reasons (such as a detection wave), our system automatically calculates the exact duration of the downtime and credits that lost time directly back to your active license key. This ensures you exclusively pay for the time you are actively able to wield the software.
Filing a Claim
If you are confident that you meet the strict requirements for a compatibility refund, please submit a support ticket via our official Discord. Ensure you include your Order ID, a comprehensive breakdown of the problem, and supplementary proof such as error logs or your precise system specifications.
